Terminal calendar week I had the exciting opportunity to visit the HGTV Dream Home 2022 courtesy of Delta Faucet. Since I alive in Florida myself it was especially interesting to meet what young man Floridian designer Brian Patrick Flynn did with this fabled tropical home.
Today I'll be taking you lot on a petty tour of the home and you'll get to see much more when HGTV reveals the domicile before long on their channel. Yous can also find out more about the HGTV Dream Habitation 2022 in Merritt Isle, Florida on the HGTV website. This is the 20th HGTV Dream Dwelling house and the first that is a remodeled residence, as opposed to new construction. Right upwardly my aisle, since this is what our ain family unit business organisation has done for the past 29 years…
I was with two other bloggers and the Delta Faucet PR rep who managed to convince me to join in on the helicopter ride over Merritt Isle. Fun (not scary)!
In typical Florida fashion, the driveway leading upwardly to the home is lined by stately Royal Palm trees, which truly give you that ahhhh feeling of relaxation Florida manner as you drive in. The vehicle parked out in front is part of the giveaway, so exist sure to enter and cheque out the details!
Pavers from Belgard bring curb entreatment to the forepart entry and other areas, bringing them to life…
Attending to item was everything in designing this total remodel, and the white picket fencing landscaped past bougainvillea was just one of many exterior touches that brought cottage charm…
In speaking to the builder, the 3,100 sq ft home was taken down to the rafters and beautifully reborn with an open up concept floor plan. The hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators bring in tons of reflective calorie-free!
Bloggers, company representatives and HGTV'ers mixing and mingling in this wonderful space…
The home is two story and I wanted yous to get an idea of the layout and roomy appeal and so rather than a lot of particular shots I chose to focus on rooms. This is taken from the staircase and by the way in that location was NO lite on that gloomy, rainy mean solar day for photos so the quality may not be my best…
Looking into the living room from the dining room is i of my FAVORITE decorative pieces by the talented designer Brian Patrick Flynn. He took a vintage black and white photo of local surfers and had it blown up to ginormous proportions and printed to passenger vehicle vinyl. Then it was adhered to the wall that you see. Genius!
The furniture is all from Ethan Allen, equally well as the decorative accessories and lighting…
In the dining room that is open to the living room you can meet the surfer art and a view of the pool/patio that I'll show you presently…
All of the paint on both the interior and the exterior are from Glidden Pigment and I'yard pretty much in love with the lower level color called Quiet Rain…
And then the kitchen with so many swoonworthy details! The tile backsplash went all the way up to the ceiling, the pendant lights with the cogitating metallic interiors, the Cabinets To Go textured doors and the stunning Delta Faucet with Touch 2o Technology…
Merely as chandeliers and lighting are jewels of rooms, so are beautiful plumbing fixtures…and I desire to share a couple more Delta Faucets from the HGTV Dream Dwelling house with you before we continue to tour the dwelling house.
Tub filler that I'm thinking I may need for my master bathroom is a work of art…
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and this ane was my favorite with the Jen Weld French doors leading to the pool area. The blues are perfect and all of the rooms are filled with their own distinctive touches, such every bit the tarnished silvery platters on the headboard wall in this ane and the antique wood birthing chair used for towels!
Brian chose a fun terra cotta colour for the walls in this guest bedroom, along with artwork by beau HGTV designer David Bromstad…
The media room located right off the kitchen is just so fun and vivid and perfect for family movies and popcorn!
Blue penny tile in 1 of the downstairs baths…
Littoral colors that have an most retro vibe in this powder room…
Funky laundry room decor with a surfing vibe and the designer mentioned how he loves to make a home that he stages await "lived in"…
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a distinctive isle experience with the Glidden paint in Thai Teal…
My favorite room in the house, the master bathroom. THIS TUB! The chandelier! The party shower!
Speaking of parties…wouldn't information technology be crawly to party here?
I took loads of photos outside, but at the risk of crashing your computer I'thou going to cut it short…
But not until I share the outdoor shower…
And the matching domestic dog business firm complete with Trex decking like the dock…
With the boat for the winner of the dream domicile…
And the signs that pay homage to former HGTV Dream Homes from years past…
This habitation will belong to one lucky winner soon, and for more information on the habitation and how to enter…visit hither…
This post was sponsored by the awesome Delta Faucet but all opinions are my own.
